BRUCE READMAN MEMORIAL
GOLF TOURNAMENT

Bruce Readman, 53, was tragically killed while walking home by an impaired driver on the night of December 8th, 2014.

​

We raise awareness about drinking and driving and honour Bruce by supporting local charities, like Glowing Hearts Charity for our 2024 tournament.

​

Glowing Hearts Charity is a grassroots, charitable organization in Simcoe County working to disrupt the cycle of poverty by providing programs that reduce barriers and support the mental health, growth, and development of school-age children and youth in Simcoe County.

 

This donation will go to where it is needed most:

• Funding for Psychoeducational Assessments & Follow-Up Supports like tutoring and behaviour support services

• Mental Health Counselling

• Instrumental Music Programs (i.e.: guitar, ukulele, violin, and piano in the near future)

• Simcoe Youth Choir

• Food That Fuels

• Backpacks for Youth

• Hygiene Kits

• Calm H.O.M.E.S. coming later this year
