STUFF THE BUS

Sign-up your business or organization to help support our Backpacks for Youth program!

In 2023 GHC supported 2054 children and youth in need across Simcoe County with backpacks, school supplies, water bottles, and lunch kits.

We need the support of the community now more than ever to continue to help those in need across the county for 2024.

How you choose to run your school supply drive or fundraiser is up to you:

Encourage customer participation;
Make it a friendly competition between colleagues;
Challenge another business in the area or in your building; or
Use your creativity to support this campaign!

After signing up:

Gain access to our Stuff the Bus folder which includes our wish list of items we need, a poster template, our logo, and ideas to make it fun for your team!
Your business/organization will be added to our website list of drop off locations (unless you aren't soliciting public participation)
We will tag your business and encourage people to participate at Stuff the Bus locations on our socials throughout the summer
Post progress highlights and tag #GHCStufftheBus

Then it’s time to stuff the bus! Be ready for the Glowing Hearts bus tour. Our decked out bus will travel to each participating business to collect financial and school supply donations. Each stop will allow time for a photo op, and monetary contributions will be recognized with a giant cheque, to be posted and tagged on our social media accounts.
