Every Friday between September 2 - November 25

“Join us for popular and entertaining movies perfect for the whole family. Admission is free and you can bring your own nut-free snacks and refreshments.

Please note: Additional 2:30pm showings will play on Friday PA Days and school holidays”


Friday Night Youth Drop-Ins at Peggy Hill Team Community Centre and Lampman Lane Community Centre

Opens in September

“Join us at the Peggy Hill Team Community Centre and Lampman Lane Community Centre for Friday Night Youth opportunities. Open to youth 11 to 17 years of age.”


Indoor Stay, Play and Explore at EarlyON Child and Family Centre-Barrie

Every Monday starting September 5

“Join us IN CENTER for this fun program which allows opportunities for families to take part in active learning with their children through exploration, play and inquiry. Ages 0 - 6”


ORILLIA

Orillia Youth Centre

“Provides a safe and supervised drop-in programming environment for youth ages 11-17. All programming is free of charge for youth and some programming is open to youth of all ages.The centre offers recreational entertainment with a pool table, ping pong, TV, Foosball table and internet access

Workshops offered include:

  • Self-esteem

  • Youth employment and Life-Skills

  • Teen Pregnancy

  • Group and Computer Workshops”


Stay, Play and Learn at EarlyON Simcoe North-Orillia

September 1 and 2

“Adults and children together - Stay, Play and Learn drop-in allows opportunities for caregivers and families to take part with their children in a wide range of early learning inquiry based activities which enhance children's developmental skills. Ages 0-6”


MIDLAND

Stay, Play and Learn at EarlyON Simcoe North-Midland

September 1 and 2

COLLINGWOOD

Youth Centre Drop-In with the Collingwood Neighbourhood House

Fridays at 3:30pm - 8:45pm

“A variety of activities are available for participants on Friday and Saturday evenings. This includes gym time for sports (ie: Basketball and Volleyball) and wellness activities upstairs put on by the Peer 2 Peer Program (ie: art and crafts, games and workshops). Participation is limited as part of our Health & Safety policy in compliance with Collingwood Neighbourhood House and the BC Government. Ages 10-18”

NOT FREE but it is only $10/year


Youth Settlement Programs with the Collingwood Neighbourhood House

“Free programs and activities are provided to youth new to Canada, supporting them with building their connection with their new community. Programs are run at local schools and/or at CNH.”


Peer 2 Peer Volunteering with the Collingwood Neighbourhood House

"We strive to be youth-led, supportive, collaborative, and a place where youth are empowered to create the change they would like to see and be in society.

“Enter a friendly coding competition at the end of the camp and compete for a small prize!

No coding experience required. Ages 7-12”


CLEARVIEW

Clearview Youth Centre

“The Clearview Youth Centre is a positive and inclusive space where all youth are welcomed, our Staff are always willing to listen, offer support and connect with youth on individual levels. The Clearview Youth Centre offers all programs free of charge for all youth. Our space is located at 7458 Highway 26 in Stayner and includes:

  • Pool table

  • Air hockey table

  • Ping pong table

  • Musical instruments

  • Foosball table

  • Large TV's for movies

  • Wii, Play station 4 & Xbox

  • Board games and cards

  • Art and DIY supplies

  • Computer stations

  • Wifi

  • Nutritious snacks & drinks"


At-Home Activity Kits September 2022

"The Clearview Youth Centre is continuing our popular at home kits bi-monthly. The 50 free youth activity kits are for ages 10-18 anywhere in Clearview Township and will help us connect with the youth of Clearview by offering great activity options from home."


ORO-MEDONTE

Pre-school/Homeschool Skates

Tuesday & Friday 11:00-11:50am

“This is a FREE activity that does not require pre-registration. Participants are required to complete online screening prior to entering the arena. Anyone over the age of 12 must provide proof of double vaccination (plus 14 days.)”
