SARAH MAK-Assistant Coordinator (she/her)​

I recently graduated from the University of Guelph-Humber with a BASc in Justice Studies and a DCS in Community Justice Services. During my studies, I completed an in-semester placement with Glowing Hearts Charity, and that was my introduction to the organization. I’m excited to now be continuing my journey with GHC as an Assistant Coordinator.

GHC's mission and values align with me personally as I have developed a passion for
education, justice, equity, and supporting marginalized communities. I bring my compassion, education, and lived experiences to the organization, and I am eager to help make a meaningful difference in my community, as I am lucky to call Simcoe County home!

In my free time, I enjoy a good book or TV series as well as quality time & laughs with friends and family.
