Psychoeducational Assessment Funding Applications
Applications to our Psychoeducational Assessment Funding & Follow-Up Supports program are now open for those in grade 2-5. The number of assessments completed each year varies and will be dependent on funding, but our hope is to cover at least 10 new assessments per year along with ongoing follow-up support.
Our application form will remain open until at least December 10th, possibly longer.
At this time, we do not have a set income cut-off, as factors such as the number of dependents and the number of adults in the home will impact household needs. However, as a rough guideline, household incomes being approved are typically under $50,000. If there are extenuating circumstances we should be aware of when considering your application, you will have the opportunity to include this information.
We prioritize children who show signs of a potential, yet undiagnosed, learning disability, meaning their cognitive abilities are generally typical or higher, and who may have other coexisting diagnoses, such as ADHD.
