Attendance – I will attend all program groups, workshops, and in-home sessions and am aware that engagement in program activities is required for access to additional supports and resources, such as dumpster bins, organizational supplies, and other miscellaneous needs that may arise.

Communication – I will reply to all communication directed toward me, and I will communicate with my designated contacts throughout the program including cancellation/rescheduling any home visits with a minimum of 24 hours notice, program requests for additional information, confirmation of attendance for planned programming. 

Code of Conduct – I will engage with all program staff, volunteers, affiliates, and other participants with respect and kindness including using appropriate language, maintaining confidentiality during group sessions, and supporting a safe and supportive space for all.

Program Expectations – I acknowledge the program does not provide any guarantees regarding the individual outcomes of the program including level of organization and cleanliness of my home, but rather the more I put into it the program the more I will get out of it.

Program Roles – I understand the role of volunteers during in-home sessions will be “body doubling” and they will not be actively conducting hands-on decluttering, but help create a supportive environment.
