Karen Johnson, CPA, CGA, FCCA, MBA, CMA, PMP, is a driven, passionate, and entrepreneurial business professional with over 20 years’ experience in providing consistent financial leadership. Extending to both publicly traded and privately held multinational corporations.

Her area of expertise ranges from end to end accounting and General ledger management,  preparation, audit, and analysis of financial statements (single entity and group consolidated), internal controls infrastructure, business management, risk management and strategic planning, analysis, and monitoring.

Karen considers herself to be a lifelong learner and believes in the pivotal role that continuous learning and development offers. Driven by her passion for people and her drive to serve, Karen volunteers in various capacities, including serving as the Co-Chair, Partnership and Finance at the Black Female Accountants Network (BFAN), and actively champions the “pay it forward” motto.
